- Issued to an applicant intending to visit the Kyrgyz Republic for tourism purposes, for various private purposes, including visiting friends, receiving medical services, without the right to engage in labor or individual entrepreneurial activity, as well as other actions related to making a profit on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, for a period of up to 60 days, for a single entry and exit.
- A copy of a valid document;
- A written request from the host tourist organization or a personal request from the applicant;
- Issued to an applicant intending to visit the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of mountain tourism (mountaineering, snowboarding, trekking, rafting, mountain biking, heli-skiing, rock climbing, ice climbing, freeriding, ski touring and other types of mountain tourism), for a period of up to 90 days.
- Copy of a valid document;
- Written request from the host tourist organization or personal request from the applicant;
- Itinerary (plan for organizing the relevant tour);
- Issued to a missionary intending to visit the Kyrgyz Republic through cooperation with religious organizations, subject to a permit issued by the authorized state body for religious affairs, for a period of up to 60 days.
- Copy of a valid document;
- Application from a religious organization, subject to a permit issued by the authorized state body for religious affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Issued to a foreign citizen - holder of a diplomatic passport, entering the Kyrgyz Republic on official business.
- Copy of the diplomatic passport;
- Copy of the accreditation card (in case of issuing a long-term visa of the DKS or PP MFA);
- Written request of the foreign policy department of a foreign state, diplomatic mission, consular office or international organization in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic
- Issued to a foreign citizen holding a service/official passport entering the Kyrgyz Republic on official business.
- A service visa is issued:
- - to a foreign citizen entering at the invitation of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic on official business - a visa for up to 90 days;
- - to a member of the administrative, technical and service staff of a diplomatic mission and consular office of a foreign state in the Kyrgyz Republic or an employee of a mission of an international organization in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as members of his/her family (spouse, dependent children and parents) - a visa for up to 1 year, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic or in accordance with the principle of reciprocity;
- - a foreign courier carrying diplomatic mail, if he does not have a diplomatic passport - a visa for up to 90 days, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic or in accordance with the principle of reciprocity.
- If the Kyrgyz Republic, in accordance with an international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic, recognizes the official status of a foreign citizen who does not have a service/official passport, he is issued a service visa.
- A visa is issued for the period of accreditation or up to 1 year, or on the principles of reciprocity.
- A copy of the service passport;
- A copy of the accreditation card (in case of issuing a long-term visa of the DCS or PP MFA);
- A written request from the foreign policy department of a foreign state, a diplomatic mission, a consular office or an international organization in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Issued to an investor or head of a foreign investment company carrying out investment activities in the Kyrgyz Republic and presenting the necessary supporting documents certifying the contribution to the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the form of monetary and material assets intended for production, industrial, agricultural, banking, energy, educational, medical and engineering and construction purposes, as well as information and communication technologies.
- An investment visa is issued for a period of:
- - 5 years, if the applicant has made a contribution to the country's economy - monetary and material assets equivalent to an amount of at least ten million soms;
- - 10 years, if the applicant has made a contribution to the country's economy - monetary and material assets equivalent to an amount of at least twenty million soms.
- A copy of a valid document;
- A written request from an authorized government agency in the field of investment policy implementation confirming the applicant's compliance with the investor status, signed by the head of this government agency;
- Issued to the applicant to obtain a work permit or individual entrepreneurial activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. This visa grants the applicant the right to enter the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for up to 60 days, without the right to carry out work or individual entrepreneurial activity.
- Upon receipt of a work permit, the DKS and PP MFA issue a work visa (type "W") to the applicant - for the period of validity of the work permit, but not more than 1 year.
- Copy of a valid document;
- Written request of a state body of the Kyrgyz Republic or employer with attached copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration with the justice authorities, certificate from the tax authority on the absence of tax arrears and arrears in insurance premiums;
- Personal request of the applicant intending to carry out individual entrepreneurial activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Work permit (in case of issuing a long-term visa)
- Issued to an applicant for whom, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of external migration, a different procedure for carrying out labor activity is provided, without obtaining a work permit, as well as to employees of charitable foundations, for a period of up to 60 days. A special work visa (type "SW") is issued by the Department of Consular Services, the Foreign Ministry's PP or foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic on the basis of a certificate from an authorized state body in the field of migration or accreditation (for journalists and correspondents) or on the basis of an application from state bodies (for employees of charitable foundations implementing projects in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic), but for no more than 1 year.
- A copy of a valid document;
- A written application from a state body of the Kyrgyz Republic or an employer with attached copies of constituent documents, a certificate of registration with the justice authorities, a certificate from the tax authority on the absence of tax arrears and arrears in insurance premiums (if it is impossible to obtain information through the Unified State Register of Migration and Correspondence);
- A certificate from an authorized state body in the field of migration or a document on accreditation of journalists/correspondents (in case of a long-term visa);
- A written request from a state body of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the applicant's status as an employee of a charitable foundation;
- Issued on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of up to 1 year in case of studying in educational organizations registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- A copy of a valid document;
- A written request from the head of an educational organization registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- A certified copy of the individual agreement between the applicant and the educational organization (indicating the period of study) registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (in case of issuing a long-term visa);
- Issued to an applicant entering the Kyrgyz Republic for business purposes, to participate in negotiations, conferences and meetings, sporting events organized by state bodies and local governments, international organizations and legal entities, as well as foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of economic diplomacy projects for a period of up to 60 days. Upon a reasoned request from state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic and state enterprises, business entities with state participation in the authorized capital, the applicant is issued a business visa type "B" for up to 6 months with the possibility of multiple entries into the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Copy of a valid document;
- A written request from a government agency of the Kyrgyz Republic or a legal entity registered in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, with attached copies of constituent documents, a certificate of registration with the justice authorities, a certificate from the tax authority on the absence of tax arrears and arrears in insurance premiums (with the exception of citizens of foreign countries for whom a simplified visa regime applies);
- Issued to an applicant entering the Kyrgyz Republic to study - for a period of up to 90 days.
- A study visa (type "S") is issued on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of up to 1 year in the case of studying in educational organizations registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- A copy of a valid document;
- A written request from the head of an educational organization registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- A certified copy of the individual agreement between the applicant and the educational organization (indicating the period of study) registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the case of a long-term visa);
- Issued to foreign citizens entering the Kyrgyz Republic by truck for international freight transportation. A driver's visa is issued for a period of up to 6 months, subject to the applicant's stay in the Kyrgyz Republic for no more than 30 days per trip, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic or on the principles of reciprocity.
- A copy of a valid document;
- A written request from a transport company indicating the applicant's position and details of the truck, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- A copy and original of a driver's license;
- A copy of the vehicle registration certificate;
- A certified copy of the license entitling the applicant to carry out international freight transportation;
- Issued to ethnic Kyrgyz, with the possibility of subsequently obtaining the status of "kayrylman", as well as to persons born in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic or the Kyrgyz SSR, for visiting or returning to the Kyrgyz Republic for up to 1 year.
- If necessary, a person with the status of "kayrylman", in agreement with the authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in charge of national security issues (hereinafter referred to as the national security body), is issued an exit/entry meken visa (type "M") for up to 1 year.
- Copy of a valid document;
- Petition of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic with a copy of the passport of the Kyrgyz Republic attached;
- Copy of a document confirming the permanent residence of the inviting party in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- A certificate from the place of work about salary or any other document about the financial solvency of the inviting party or the applicant, a notarized commitment;
- An invitation or confirmation from a healthcare organization registered in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, indicating the duration of treatment, its cost, the need for accompanying persons (for the purpose of receiving medical services);
- Documents confirming advance payment for treatment or the possibility of subsequent payment (for the purpose of receiving medical services);
- Issued to the applicant for a period of up to 1 year, in case of visiting close relatives or family reunification.
- If necessary, a person recognized as a refugee, in the presence of supporting documents, in agreement with the national security agencies, is issued an exit/entry single-entry Tuugandar visa (type "RL") for a period of up to 60 days.
- Copy of a valid document;
- Petition of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic with an attached copy of the passport of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Copy of a document confirming the permanent residence of the inviting party in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Marriage registration certificate or other documents confirming the family relationship of the applicant with a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Certificate from the place of work on wages or any other document on the financial solvency of the inviting party or the applicant;
- Document on the consideration of the applicant's application for a residence permit or for admission to citizenship (if the applicant is in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic);
- Application from a government agency in the field of migration and a personal application from a person recognized as a refugee (in the case of issuing an exit/entry visa);
- Issued to the applicant for a period of up to 1 year, in case of visiting close relatives or family reunification.
- If necessary, a person recognized as a refugee, in the presence of supporting documents, in agreement with the national security authorities, is issued an exit/entry single-entry Tuugandar visa (type "RL") for a period of up to 60 days.
- Copy of a valid document;
- Applicant's petition;
- Copy of a document confirming the permanent residence of the inviting party in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Marriage registration certificate or other documents confirming the applicant's relationship with a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Certificate from the place of work on wages or any other document on the financial solvency of the inviting party or the applicant;
- Document on the consideration of the applicant's application for a residence permit or for admission to citizenship (if the applicant is in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic);
- A petition from a government agency in the field of migration and a personal application from a person recognized as a refugee (in the case of issuing an exit/entry visa);
